General questions
No. But by creating an account, you can shop faster, stay up to date on the status of an order, and track your previous orders.
Select any product in the shop -> Add it to your cart -> Proceed to checkout and fill all order details -> Confirm your order.
We have no minimum order amount. But there are discounts for larger orders.
After successful payment, your order will be collected and shipped the next business day, and you will then receive the tracking number.
Once payment is accepted, the status of your order will change to “Packaging”.
You can also check the order status at any time in your profile.
If the product is out of stock, you can sign up for updates on the product page and receive an email when the product is back in stock. You can pre-order the product and it usually takes a few days until the product is back in stock.
You can cancel the product within two weeks of receiving the order if the packaging has not been opened. You will receive the amount after the order has arrived back in our warehouse. Delivery costs are non-refundable.
If you haven’t received your package and we haven’t received the package back and it took 30 business days, we will resend your package to you free of charge.
If the re-shipped order does not arrive for the second time, we will not ship it for free for the third time or issue a refund.

There is no liability for orders outside the EU
If you live outside the EU, please find out about the guidelines and approval in your country before ordering.
Payments
Bank transfer, Paypal , Googlepay , gift cards, promotional vouchers, promotional codes , card payment, MoneyGram , Western Union.
After confirming the order, the message with the bank details will be automatically sent to your email address. Don’t forget to check the spam folder too.
Within the Eurozone it usually takes 1-2 working days, outside it can take up to a week.

We offer secure standard shipping within approximately 3-7 days to Europe and approximately 14 days to other countries.

Your order takes 24-72 hours to process during working days. Please wait for the next status.

Picked up by the courier
Your package has been picked up by the courier, your tracking number will appear in the next status within 24 hours on working days.
Shipped

Return Policy
Please read the following information carefully before placing an order. By placing an order you acknowledge that you have read and accepted our reshipment policy.
If you haven’t received your package and we haven’t received it back, we will resend your package once after 30 business days for free and at no additional cost.

When will I NOT receive a package if something goes wrong?
